Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry and the individuality of natural stones, variations in color, shape, texture, style, and tone are to be expected. Some metals can vary as well due to the unique sourcing. These nuances are not flaws — they are what make each piece one-of-a-kind.

We strive to describe and photograph our jewelry as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on screen resolution and lighting. We reserve the right to update product descriptions, prices, or availability at any time without prior notice.

Please note: raw brass, silver, and gold-plated finishes may naturally oxidize or develop a patina over time — especially when exposed to moisture, oils, air, or certain skin types. This is a natural process that gives each piece its own evolving character. It is the customer’s responsibility to care for their jewelry properly to maintain its original luster and extend its longevity.

We recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, sweat, or chemicals, and storing pieces in a dry, sealed environment. For added protection, customers may apply a jewelry-safe wax, sealant, or anti-tarnish spray. Regular gentle cleaning with a soft cloth will also help preserve your Enigma piece for years to come.

2. Custom Orders

We proudly offer custom jewelry designed in collaboration with our clients — pieces that reflect personal meaning, intention, and individuality. Custom orders are made-to-order and handcrafted with care, using a curated selection of stones and design elements tailored to you.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any custom piece. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery. Once the design is approved and production has begun, no further changes can be made.

While we strive to honor your vision in every detail, please understand that each Enigma piece is a one-of-a-kind creation — shaped by hand, intuition, and the natural qualities of the materials. Slight variations may occur, and are not only expected, but embraced. By placing a custom order, you agree to trust the creative process and the artistic direction of Enigma.

We ask that all communication regarding custom orders — including design approvals, questions, and changes — be made via email or direct message within reasonable timeframes. Delayed responses may affect production timelines. Excessive or last-minute change requests may be subject to additional fees or may not be accommodated, depending on the stage of production.

• Completion timelines vary based on design complexity and materials. Estimated delivery dates will be communicated at the time of order.

• We reserve the right to decline any custom request that does not align with our design ethos.

3. Payments

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and secure digital payment methods. Full payment is required at the time of purchase for ready-to-ship items. For custom orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with your local tax laws.

Promotional codes and discounts must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively added after a purchase is completed.

By placing an order with Enigma, you confirm that the payment method used is authorized and that sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or does not comply with our terms.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide from Los Angeles, California. All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing on ready-to-ship items. Custom or made-to-order pieces will have their own production timelines, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

We recommend selecting a shipping option that includes insurance and signature confirmation for high-value orders. Enigma is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit. If your order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim. We will do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee replacements for issues beyond our control.

Enigma is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, natural events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping speed. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or additional fees incurred upon delivery.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and often made-to-order nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

• Custom and personalized pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under all circumstances.

Each piece is carefully inspected for quality and craftsmanship before it leaves our studio. Natural variations in stones, metals, and hand-assembled elements are to be expected and are considered part of the uniqueness of your Enigma piece.

We stand behind the integrity of our work and are happy to assess rare cases of damage due to transit or unusual circumstances on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your item requires attention, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the concern.

Repair Services: We may offer repairs for eligible pieces, depending on the nature of the damage and availability of materials. Fees may apply, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. To inquire about a repair, please email us with a detailed description and photos of the item.

We reserve the right to deny any return or repair request that does not comply with the terms above.

6. Custom Orders

At Enigma, custom orders are a collaborative journey. We welcome the opportunity to create one-of-a-kind pieces that reflect your story, energy, or vision. Each custom design is made by hand using thoughtfully selected materials, beads, and stones — many of which are rare or limited in quantity.

All custom pieces require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin production. Once the final design is approved and completed, the remaining balance must be paid in full before the piece is shipped.

Please note that while we strive to honor your inspiration and preferences, no two custom Enigma pieces are ever identical — that’s part of their magic. By commissioning a custom design, you trust the process and the creative intuition behind it. Small variations in tone, texture, and form are expected and embraced.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be altered, canceled, or refunded. We reserve the right to decline requests that do not align with our materials, ethics, or aesthetic direction.

7. Intellectual Property & Design Rights

All original jewelry designs, curated arrangements, product names, written content, and visual materials featured by Enigma are the intellectual property of the brand and its creator, unless otherwise credited.

While certain components — such as beads, stones, or findings — may be sourced from trusted vendors or artisans, the overall design, styling, and composition of each piece is the creative property of Enigma. Purchasing a piece does not grant the right to reproduce, duplicate, or alter the design for commercial or personal resale.

Custom and bespoke designs remain the intellectual property of Enigma, even when based on client input. We reserve the right to photograph, promote, and recreate similar styles in the future unless a written agreement for exclusivity has been made in advance.

Any unauthorized use or imitation of our designs, brand language, or creative assets may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

Enigma strives to deliver high-quality, durable, and aesthetically refined jewelry. However, by purchasing any product from Enigma, you agree that:

• Enigma is not liable for any damage or loss caused to the jewelry after it has been delivered to the customer, including damages resulting from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

• Enigma is not liable for any delays in shipping or delivery caused by third-party carriers, customs, weather conditions, or any other events beyond our control. We will not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by such delays.

Our total liability to you, Under no circumstances will Enigma be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, profits, or personal injury.
